It's all about the location!

Liked: Great location, right in the centre of the CBD. Check-in was fast and easy and the receptionist was lovely. Secure parking with gate. Room was dated but had everything we needed.

Upgrade room 14 before allowing...

Liked: Location was the only good thing about my stay
Disliked: Not sure about the other rooms, but room 14 needs to be fixed up. The carpet is done. Some of towel rails etc in the toilets have been ripped out and the remnants are still showing. The bed headboard was similar.

Passable

Liked: Great location, close to WIN Stadium. Staff were very helpful and allowed us to check in early and park before our event
Disliked: Bed was hard, room was noisy due to neighbouring Pub music and traffic noise. Blinds did not fit the window so light came in early in the morning. Room was very dated and needed some maintenance.
