Clean place and excellent value

Liked: This place really is clean, as advertised. No odors or issues of any kind. The room stayed warm. Excellent location for nearby Treetops ski resort and downtown Gaylord. The owner Peter is very friendly and accommodating. He gave us an extra nice room.

Liked: Had issue with refrigeration not cold and also the lavatory backed up and stunk

Disliked: I stayed for 10 days, only one day my room towels were changed, my garbage was taken, if I go here again I will definitely not stop by here, if you want to get sick you can stay at this motel, the attention service is zero, only the location is good.

Disliked: Bed, pillows too hard, couldnt sleep well. Coffee or cream were bad. Residents on parole looking for smokes and someone to buy their walmart card. Crappy soap and shampoo. Shower like pins and needles. Blinking light on phone.
