Disliked: Dirty room. Found a bloody needle in the ceiling of our bathroom. Had to stand in the very hot hallway while staff looked at the room and figured out what to do.

Disliked: Everything was good, be careful with the minibar there was some empty cans when we arrived and they charged us for it thanks God I call and finally they credited back.

Grand Hotel and Casino Great...

Liked: Beautiful rooms and facilities. We liked the casino floor not being too hard to navigate. The front desk was busy but very professional and friendly. Easy walk to Fremont and parking across the street was free but that facility has seen better days.
Disliked: We stayed New Years Eve and expected the rooms to be ridiculously priced, but we came back a couple weeks later and the rooms were still ridiculously priced and opted to stay elsewhere.
