Liked: When I checked in, it was a hassle. It was a sad experience. Landed up have to pay cash upfront for my room so that put a big dent in my weekend for my money wise was not happy.When I checked in, it was a hassle. It was a sad experience. Decent stay for our purpose...

Liked: Very thin walls. Staff offers ear plugs. But I’m not used to having something in my ears when I sleep. No fridge which is becoming typical in LV unless you upgrade. Ice machine out of order on our floor (7).

Apparently making up the room...

Liked: What a great little find in the middle of such chaos!! Easy to get to and the parking garage was so convenient! The beds at Downtown were so comfortable and the blackout curtains and fridge were a bonus. Shower was also great.

A frustrating and noisy experience.

Liked: There was not a bellhop or anyone to give directions at the property when we arrived. We were given a room that was handicap accessible and changed to a room with a regular shower. When we checked in the attendant asked me if I had any specific requests for a room. I had asked for a room that was quiet. After getting ready to settle in we realize the music outside was not temporary. It sounded like we were in the midst of a concert. When we notified the desk they said it would last until around 1 o’clock. At the end of the day that was not what we were looking forward to. They said we would have to change to a different tower. We packed and went to the “quiet tower”. It was an internal room with no view. But after two hours we were thankful to get to somewhere where we could rest. The staff was accommodating.
