If the _only_ thing you care is location, then go for it. Otherwise, read the full text.

Liked: Location: great, near the Nature Museum, walking distance to bus stops, and about 15 minutes walk to O-train, 20 minutes walk to Parliament Hill, Byward Market etc. Bathroom: acceptable sanitary conditions. Heating: the room can be heated with an electric heater. We used it. Parking: private, totally fine
Disliked: - Hosts. Mostly nice, chatty, friendly and helpful. Until you start asking for invoice. then they're aggressive and noncooperative. Also comments about amount of food are unacceptable. You won't meet this side of the hosts if you don't care about invoice/receit. we did this time. And we met the dark side of the otherwise smiling and caring couple.- Privacy: not that we could have high expectations from a shared bathroom place, but even these expectations were not met.- Bed: old noisy metalic base. on top of it old dirty wooden one. on top of it something undefined (no idea what to call it, kind of thin matress that weighs about 40kg) dirty. on top of it thin old dirty (standard) matress. This whole construction makes a lot of noise and sags heavily. Old sheets with stains. Maybe they have been washed, maybe not, who knows.- Breakfast. Here's the "menu", judge for yourself: 1 or 2 slices of bread (the host tried to convince my wife that 1 is enough), butter and jam, milk and cereals. That's it. three mornings, the same "menu". Very dirty kitchenware. We ended up bringing our own food (other guests did the same), and used our own spoon. Which is totally fine, but why call it "bed and breakfast"?..- Kitchen itself is disorganized, full of junk.- Guestroom on the pictures looks nice and bright, in reality there are couple of chairs you can find to sit.- Wifi. took about 30 minutes for the host to find the correct password. In the end another guest helped.- Door to the room. The lock is old, malfunctioning and has to be replaced asap. spent 5 minutes every time locking/unlocking it.- Cleanliness: most of the house except for some rare areas, feels like a big pile of junk. Needs a lot of cleaning and hosekeeping work that certainly has not been done for a while.- Cost/value: not our first stay in Canada(including Ottawa) with Airbnb/booking.com. But so far the worst in terms of cost/value.

Would like to stay again and again.

Liked: Both the owners are very gentle and take care in the best of the way. As per location, it is the best location in Ottawa being 5 minute walk to all important places.
Disliked: Everything is best suited to me and what is required for any visitor.
