Festive treat

Liked: Absolutely stunning hotel. Breakfast buffet was excellent, spa so relaxing and room was wonderful.

Average and not a value...

Liked: Room looked nice very aesthetically pleasing
Disliked: There was a hole in my wall which allowed a cold breeze to come in all night and when this was reported all they said was sorry.

Pleasant stay with good good.

Liked: Setting, decor stunning
Disliked: Few staff need serious touching up on service in the hospitality industry. Rooms were a bit dull. Big vases in room but no flowers. No bottled water in the fridges.

Poor staff etiquette in the...

Liked: Grounds were lovely.
Disliked: Staff at the spa were awful; rude and despondent. Rooms were basic and painted unusual colours.
