Freezer needs defrosted and cleaned

Disliked: The room was small and when I went to take a shower the bathtub was filthy and I had to go buy cleaning supplies to clean it with. Went to the front desk to complain and all I got was excuses for the dirt in the tub. It was extremely noisy at the location and the rooms were supposed to be non smoking but the people in the room beside of us were obviously smoking in their room. The smell of cigarette smoke came underneath the door to our room. Stayed for 3 days and no one ever came in to clean the room and I had to go ask daily for towels. Be sure to bring your own shampoo and soap and a hairdryer if you need it because it's not supplied. Will definitely never book here again.

Liked: There wasn't anything that stood out. It was an average older motel that seemed to be fairly well maintained.

Disliked: The room was dirty, and it felt like the floor would give way every time you walked on it. There was no landline phone in the room. The electrical outlet by the bathroom sink didn't work, and the electrical socket by one of the beds was hanging out of the wall. The chain lock on the door was not even screwed into the door frame, so I did not feel safe in my room. There are too many other issues to list.

Disliked: The heat did not work. It was freezing cold. I called front desk and he came down to look at it but said it was fine but couldn't change the temperature because the screen was broke. It was barely blowing out lukewarm air, which did not keep the room and desirable conditions. Got out of the shower and was freezing cold rest of the night. Barrel electrical wires hanging out of ceiling sink. Open holes going into the roof section. This room should not be rented out again until these issues are addressed. They are a hazard.
