Liked: Breakfasts are on sugar base. Maybe consider adding a pate to menu (cheap but good choice for breakfast with toast).

Liked: Fantastic location to get anywhere in London, Walking distance to Victoria station and Buckingham Palace, Apollo Victoria theatre, we had a shared toilet but that caused no issues had shower in room ,had everything you needed, bed very comfortable, breakfast was cereal, toast, yogurt, which actually filled you up. Friendly, welcoming staff, would definitely stay again.
Disliked: Shared toilet but like I said previously didn't cause any issues, would have liked sachet of shampoo as I forgot to bring some but wasn't really a problem either.

Liked: Location was great just a short walk from victoria train and bus stations. Room clean a comfy though small. Nice ensuite. Ideal little hotel for short stay or if you just need a base to sleep. Friendly staff
Disliked: Breakfast was very limited and no vegan options

Disliked: The breakfast options could have been improved. After my stay 2 year ago, I hoped it would have improved. Perhaps a warm food option besides toast. Like hard boiled eggs?
