Good value for money

Liked: Lovely room we stayed in at the Annex with a lovely view. The food in the restaurant was amazing. All staff very friendly and helpful
Disliked: The bed. The mattress was really hard and quite uncomfortable. We both woke up with back pain after little sleep

Liked: Room was really lovely, comfortable bed, nice toiletries provided. Breakfast was really good too. Location is very pretty
Disliked: Although I loved the bathroom, the shower wasn't much more than a trickle and the shower curtain was really difficult to pull round.Ditch the fake flowers and plants in the public areas, they look tired and either need replacing or just removing
