A 15-minute drive from the Peak District National Park and a 10-minute drive from Alton Towers Theme Park Dove Meadow is surrounded by organic countryside and has free Wi-Fi. A hearty cooked breakfast is served in the morning including local Derbyshire bacon free range pork sausages and fresh eggs from a nearby farm. Homemade jam and marmalade are also on offer. The bedrooms are decorated in pastel colors and have fresh flowers from the garden. Guests also get a flat-screen TV tea/coffee making facilities and a refrigerator with fresh milk water and fruit juice. From Dove Meadow guests can visit Historic Dovedale and Uttoxeter which are just 20 minutes away by car. The area around the bed and breakfast also offers many cycling and walking trails.

Liked: Perfect from start to finish, wonderful accommodation with everything you could possibly need, so cosy.Greeted by a wonderful host and finished off with a proper breakfast and decent coffee! We will definitely be returning.

Just what we needed and...

Liked: The breakfast was nice, I appreciated the fact that it was bought to us, the location was perfect for alton towers not too far away but not right on the doorstep. Only about a 10 min drive.

Liked: We like everything about dove meadow. So clean and comfortable amazing views. Home from home. Amazing breakfast. Everything you need. John and Emm are the perfect hosts 10/10 . We wouldnt stay anywhere else. Cant wait to go back!!

Liked: Such a lovely couple, kind and considerate throughout the weekend.
Disliked: Not the owners fault, but Booking.Com gave poor description of the accommodation.
