Liked: Staff is good. Location is easily accessible.
Disliked: My colleague room was smelly and another colleague room heating system is not working. Besides, her room was right beside another room with its occupants who smoke weed and making a lot of noise when came back late.

Liked: The staff was friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The room was smelly. My colleague room heating system was broken and she could not sleep because of the couple staying beside her room smoked weed and came back late and made a lot of noise.

Everything I expected

Liked: Excellent breakfasts on every day. Good selection of choices. Staff/cooks were very friendly and quick.

Pleasant stay.

Liked: Close to public transport station - bus or train. Breakfast was a good selection with friendly service. Room was warm and had the expected facilities. Kitchen crockery / utensils were basic but provided the essentials. Beds were comfortable.
Disliked: There was a trickling water sound from behind a wall in the bedroom which somewhat disturbed our sleep. Due to our schedule we were not able to report this to the reception staff until after our second night, but it was remedied that day.

Liked: The staff were friendly and helpful; the location was in a pleasant area and easy to get to from the Skytrain; and the breakfast was exceptional.
Disliked: My basement room (called Daniel) was small and overpriced, with an extremely dirty carpet and a stain on the bedspread.
