Liked: The lobby & surrounding areas were very nice and updated.
Disliked: There was no ice machine on our floor. We had a pull out couch with no sheets or pillows in the closet. We had to go down to the lobby to get sheets and they did not have any extra pillows. The pull out mattress was very uncomfortable and had many stains on it. We had 4 children with us and it was a big inconvenience to leave the room and get sheets after we got into the room late that evening.

This hotel was convenient for...

Liked: The location was conveniently located a short distance to Crestwood ( I'm a nurse who needed a place to stay close to the hospital during the storm). Also, the pre- bedtime margarita I had at the bar, made by the most pleasant bartender, was a nice little touch.
Disliked: The room could use some updating, and honestly, was not very clean. Also, night shift desk staff were not very professional, as they were having personal conversations right up front as I and other guests were checking in.
