Liked: Good location. Clean facility.
Disliked: Staff members knocking on my door at 9:30 am to see if we were still there and again at 11:15. Felt that they were rushing us to get out. Another couple that were traveling with us also got a knock on the door early and were told “OUT”! Not very comfortable after that.

Liked: The kids liked the pool. The place was clean and comfortable.
Disliked: While we were getting something to eat at the lobby, there was large group of young ladies (a team of about 20 people) who were checking in late after their game. They brought food, the staff did not allowed them to use an available large room with chairs and tables to sit and eat. They ate in the lobby. The staff could have let then use the room and say leave the room clean when you are done. That was a missed opportunity to be good hosts to their clients.

I would probably not stay...

Liked: The staff was great. The house keeper was super nice and tried her best to get rid of the smell.
Disliked: The staff was great but the room itself smelled very badly, the ceiling was falling in and there was obvious mold. The smell would not go away, the housekeeper was kind and sprayed some odor ban and it would take away the smell for an hour or so then it was back. I had to keep the door open to try and air the room out. The smell was so bad that it made us nauseous. I did not ask to be moved as my daughter was on the same floor for a cheer competition so I did not want to be put on another floor but I did have to let them know it smelled awful and again the staff was great but the room was terrible. The floors were so bad that walking from the bed to the bathroom my sons feet were brown.
