Painful.

Liked: Shuttle service good.
Disliked: The most uncomfortable bed I have slept in ever. Ouch.

Liked: The breakfast should be included in the price.
Disliked: It disturbed me to see that the desk personnel have to stand all the time that they are on duty. There should be at least a bar stool each for them to take the weight off.
