The staff was very friendly and helpful. They were out of cookies when we arrived, but when we checked out I explained that we didn't get any. They really made sure that I would have a nice snack on the road home.

Liked: Great location near restaurants, shopping etc. Very clean.
Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: The room was ok. The bathtub was gross. I wouldn't use it. And it looks like someone ripped the light over the bathroom sink out and left a huge hole
Disliked: I was directed to enter thru a side door. Well, that is under construction! I walked thru pieces of drywall, wood, dust, debris, a skid of concrete bags... it was disgusting and I can't believe the board of health would allow this!!!

Disliked: Pictures are very deceiving. Room not clean, very nasty, lied to 2x by front desk. No deli just chips & candy, no ice or vending on my floor, overcharged by $300. + no your pool was not working, they lied. Hiltons would never stay here. Never again.
