Good

Liked: The room was spacious and clean. The staff were friendly. The hotel is in a convenient location.
Disliked: I was asked to pay an extra USD200 for incidentals when I arrived for the 3 nights I stayed there. This price was not mentioned when I was booking.

Overall good, interior of hotel...

Liked: N/A Did not have breakfast.
Disliked: The room furniture is dated and clunky. The construction next door caused constant noise that was disruptive.

Very nice

Liked: Big rooms, clean, good location
Disliked: I paid over $ 2200 for 3 nights ( formula 1 weekend) and they want to charge me $3 for a small bottle of water

Came for the game, saw...

Liked: The location is why I've been coming to this hotel for decades.
Disliked: The price has gotten to be where it isn't a value anymore. Forced valet parking that after fees and taxes and tips is about $70 a night? That was three times the cost of my rental car.

Disliked: We came back late fromt he UT& UTSA college game and we wanted to take a shower. We noticed we did not have towels in the bathroom. We called the front desk and they said we needed to pick them up?
