Liked: Location is great, the size of the room was different from other stays room was smaller then in the past condo style. But nice change

Fantastic family summer spot

Liked: Staff was very nice. The room was clean and the bed was so comfortable. We had dinner at the restaurant by registration. They had the best clam chowder. And the restaurant ocean front views were amazing.
Disliked: We were there in January. Lukewarm showers only. The water does not get hot. The ocean front view is obstructed by a large water slide. The indoor pool is just enclosed with glass. Perfect for summer if it rains . We were not able to use any of the amenities And they don’t have off season pricing. Definitely not a winter getaway spot.

Disliked: I specifically book with this hotel rather than a cheaper one, due to it being advertised as being breakfast included. Unfortunately the next morning when we attempted to go to the breakfast we were told it was actually not free and not included. So a bit disappointing in that regard.
