Liked: Everything inside the room was great. All of the Hilton Hotels items, like the towels and soap, shampoo, cream rinse were wonderful. The bed was very comfortable!! The staff in the Blue restaurant were amazing. My husband cannot eat solid food so we asked if the Chef had a blender to use that would puree soup and she did! It was such a nice thing to do, out of the ordinary! Mary was our dinner waitress. We really appreciated that. The waitress even went to get me ice cream from the area that you sell it!! Our Breakfast waitress was so nice!! she took very good care of us!!! Thank you. Her name was Katie. She was exceptional with all of the customers around us too! she was by herself for a long time. We would like for them to know how much we appreciated them!!
Disliked: I know that you couldn't fix this, but we did not know that we were under the flight path for the airport! We were worried that it was going to cause us sleeping issue but it stopped in time to sleep very well. There was not anything on the phone in the room to call the front desk.. We had to go online and call that way. There was nothing even on the brochure about where our room was, about calling the front desk. The only other issue was that my husband wasn't told that after a certain time of day, that you have to swipe the door card to have the elevator come down.
