Very nice hotel. Love the...

Liked: We stayed at the 15th floor facing the falls. Nice scenic view of the American and Bridal falls from the room. The Horseshoe Falls was not directly visible but could still see the spray from it. Nice, spacious room with 2 double beds. (We were 2 adults and 2 kids). Comfy beds. Loads of eating places nearby. Niagara Falls is just 5 minutes walk from the hotel.
Disliked: Parking is not free and the rate is high. (It wasn't a surprise as I knew when I booked the hotel). Breakfast was not included as part of the room booking.

Would consider staying there again

Liked: Great view of the falls and within walking distance of the falls. Large and comfortable bedroom.
Disliked: Pantry area in the room is too small. It would be better to have a mini kitchenette for the big rooms that could accommodate more guests.

Good memories

Liked: We appreciated the warm cookies when we checked in. This hotel is close to Skylon Tower, but on the other end of the boat ride/Cliffton Hill, The daily self parking charge was OK.
Disliked: You won’t see Horseshoe Falls from this hotel because a few other buildings block the view. The hotel lobby was clean, but did have some issues with the room:1, bathtub cracked2, chair is old.
