Superb
Liked: Clean, comfortable rooms. In general, like the atmosphere of the hotel in a historic building .
Disliked: The hotel bar on the second floor was closed on Wednesday evening (8:30pm) March 19th.

Somewhat of a disaster as...
Disliked: Although I had asked to change my dates ahead of my arrival I was charged as a no show, which is incorrect. I did in fact arrive at the hotel 2 days after my original booking as promised. I have messaged the hotel and Booking.com to raise this issue of being charged twice with no reply. I have called Booking.com customer care to try and get my room charged credited without success.

Liked: Hotel itself was beautiful. Room was huge and clean and quiet. Staff was very nice and helpful. Cookies were delicious. Parking was close and safe (and $12). We also received drink tickets for their bar - LOVED THAT! Also, I ended up getting charged the wrong rate ($329 instead of $239) - and I sent them a message through Booking.com and they got back to me and apologized and refunded the difference. AMAZING!!
Disliked: Not a dislike, but a head's up for some - lobby is located on 2nd floor of building, so just keep that in mind. There are stairs and an elevator.

Very, very pleasant surprise!
Liked: Loved how the old building was reused and turned into the hotel. Great architecture! Then you walk into your room & just comfort & modern!
Disliked: No pool or hot tub. We also wish the bar was open later and breakfast was available later too.

Liked: The hotel was close to the covelli center where were attended and event.
Disliked: I reserved a king room 2 months in advance. I checked in and went to the room to find it was a room with two queen beds. Went to the desk and was informed "they ran out and gave me the queen room that was same price". I was not notified of the change prior to my arrival or when I initally checked in. Also, I paid for parking and my key did not work for getting into the parking lot and ended up paying out of pocket once. They took the parking fee off of my bill.

nice hotel.. restaurant has great...
Liked: The restaurant on property was great , being able to go downstairs for a wonderful meal was perfect without having to go out in the cold weather , size of the room was great.
Disliked: Communication between the restaurant and front desk staff could be better. I wasn't told that I would need to make a reservation to have dinner there when asked . I was just told they close at 10pm. Went down for dinner at 7pm and was told that reservations are usually made but I could be put on a wait list that had a 40 min wait time. So we just ordered room service. However, that was an issue also. The room service button on phone didn't work , had to be connected to restaurant by calling the front desk and being transferred. Front desk clerk in the morning wasn't really friendly and seem to be irritated when asked questions.. TOO EARLY FOR ATTITUDE
