Excellent hotel in a great...

Liked: Everyone that worked there was super helpful and friendly. The property was updated and I love the Junior Suite.
Disliked: Nothing

Good

OK could have been better!!!

Liked: The door to the room was so heavy you needed to be a weight lifter to open and close. We had no coffee cups. The front desk said housekeeping didn’t come in until 9 We were told we could come down to get them. Not good. Breakfast was not free. John in the dining room was very helpful and pleasant.

Overall was a great experience.

Disliked: I thought the buffet was a little pricey.

Great place, I will stay...

Liked: The room and the hotel was beautiful! The bed was very comfortable. The room was clean and housekeeping was on site and polite. Most of all the staff was friendly and very helpful to me and my other family members who stayed there at the same time.
Disliked: I wish there was a “free” breakfast option. Although the food was good, it was not worth $15. Also it ended a bit early and a few of my family members missed it.
