Exceptional

Liked: Clean and spacious room accommodations, friendly staff, location near to family members.
Disliked: Couldn't get the coffee machine to work.

Very good

Liked: Great location! I was a little nervous prior to what happened before. However, everything was ok. Comfortable bed, clean facility and it always smell good when you walk into the building.
Disliked: The only thing I didn’t like was traveling downstairs to warm up my food. For a little convenience, there should be a microwave on each floor.

Great place to stay

Liked: Cleanliness and the breakfast was decent
Disliked: Housekeeping staff going in the room with dnd sign on the door.

Liked: Staff very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Cleaning staff need to check! containers of body was, shampoo etc We didn't have body wash. Toilet tissue roll was low. They could have provided full roll.
