We were not satisfied with...

Liked: The location was great! The hotel was clean and the staff was very professional and nice when we checked in.
Disliked: I was very upset that during the night is started raining really hard outside and then the rain began to come inside thru the window. We did report this issue to the front desk as we were checking out but the desk clerk appeared to be uninterested with this fact because her response was, " Oh yeah rain does come inside the room when it is raining inside." The amount of money we paid to stay at the hotel should not include our room having rain coming thru the window!
