Great stay but really disappointing...

Liked: So close to the airport, the check in and check out were really easy and the faciliites were just what you need for an airport based hotel.
Disliked: We left something behind in our hotel room, a small bag of baby toys, we've called a couple of times and never heard back when there has been a promise that they would call back. So pretty bad communication and follow through upon leaving the hotel.

Good until morning time

Disliked: When the maid knocked on our door at 830 am and when we didn’t answer she opened it and saw we were still in bed and closed it. So woke us up for the day.

Liked: The hotel and staff was very helpful and friendly. It was easy to get to and from the airport.
Disliked: Wish it had a continental breakfast available. It would be helpful to offer some complimentary breakfast for guest.
