Disliked: I don’t mind paying for food if it’s good Service was good but the food was bad dry and a lot of fat in the steak for 167.00 for two meals it was bad for the meals we received

Easy in and out for...

Liked: Excellent location near the airport and high-density commercial properties. The hotel was buzzing and active with what appeared to be a high occupancy level.
Disliked: Cannot think of anything

Pleasure to stay

Liked: Room clean and well furnished. Bed comfortable Staff courteous.Nice meeting rooms with comfortable seating. Ample parking. Tasty food. Although this hotel is right beside the airport, I didn't hardly notice plane traffic.
Disliked: I have no negative thoughts about my stay

Liked: The hotel staff were friendly and welcoming! They did their best to assist me when I had questions. I also like that clean staff took good care my room cleanses and was friendly. The shuttle driver who me back to the airport around 4:00 ish am had excellent customer service and made the ride comfortable.
Disliked: I wish the pool was open.

Comfortable space.

Liked: I received an excellent rate for the quality of room. It was large, clean and comfortable. The bathroom was great, the TV was very large, and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The only downsides were the hike to the elevator, a faint pulsing noise in the wall (must have been water pipe issues), and no breakfast provided. The breakfast issue must be because the property is huge, .Big shoutout to David and the courtesy car service!

Crappy, stressful sleepless night for...

Liked: Bed was very comfortable.
Disliked: Old hotel. Needs renovations. Very overpriced. Extremely noisy guests from check in until 2am. kids playing and yelling in hallway during the afternoon. Parents allowed it. Then in evening room next door had kids throwing ball against wall and TV TV on loud. Management was aware but didn’t do anything. Hotel restaurant food was awful and overpriced. Dinner came out cold and overcooked. Service was terrible. Will never stay at a DoubleTree hotel again.
