Liked: I told you how bad your front desk staff are. Unfriendly, not Knowledgeable of there area. So cold people. These people need a different job. Also didn't even offer cookies, had to ask. No complimentary waters. This place is forgetting great service builds business. This double is not living up to it's standard's. So sad I had to experience this on my trip to beautiful California. I share all this with sadness. I hope you work on this hotel and staff..
Disliked: Sorry I wrote what horrified me above. But once again staff was horrible especially front desk. I wish I would of got the name

Liked: Clean hotel, well kept, first thing I noticed upon entering. Clean room, no issues experienced.
Disliked: Nothing.
