Liked: Staff was great. The bar tenders especially were friendly, attentive, and provided service above and beyond, and great about telling us good places to go in the area. (there was another traveler in my party staying there in another room and she voiced the same opinion)

Double Charged my stay using...

Liked: Property was clean and well maintained. Staff was friendly.
Disliked: Used Booking.com for my reservation and paid through them. Hotel says the reservation wasn’t paid for. Booking.com says the stay was already paid and the hotel messed up. Not sure who to believe. All I know is I was double charged and going through the frustrating process of trying to get a refund.

Liked: The Location was able to walk to places to eat
Disliked: The first room bathroom sink had a back up yucky brown substance in sink so they gave us another room right next door we had the choice to have someone fix the sink and stay they should had offer another room instead giving us an option!

It was very very bad

Liked: The stay was unpleasant. I should not have chosen this place, poorly managed.
Disliked: Poor service levels, malfunctioning doors, malfunctioning coffee machine, 24 hrs mechanical noise above the ceiling, no room service, no internet, no bath towels and no linen. Doubletree by Hilton Whittier is a horrific place to stay.
