Disappointing

Liked: The receptionist was very nice, welcoming and friendly.
Disliked: Room service was bad, beds weren’t nicely made, didn’t get any refills for coffee/ sugar and cream, carpets were duty, we called for help with the Tv and no one ever showed up. Paid for 4 guest only got two bath towels for the two nights. I feel like the service provided it wasn’t a 4 start.
