Liked: Nice experience. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The parking was also very convenient. Shopping very nearby.

Disliked: Location is hard to find when driving. Maybe add instructions on where to temporarily park the car while checking would be helpful. And make it easier to find.

Stylish and comfortable in heart...

Liked: We arrived very late so appreciated the late night check in and very pleasant efficient staff.Lovely room.Cookie on arrival was yum.Complimentary water and snacks in the room was great (we'd stayed at Hilton Karaka in Auckland the night before and had to pay for water and were not offered any complimentary snacks).
Disliked: Took a while to get the air conditioner working.Building next door was being power washed at 6.30am.Coffee machine at breakfast didn't work properly and breakfast was only available from 7am, 6.30am would have suited us better with our work travel plans.

Disliked: We loved the property.We didn’t like how the staff treated us. We were told we would be called if an early check-in was possible. We waited for hours. Finally, we called and were told to come in! When we checked in, they asked for our phone number. They didn’t even have it - how were they going to call us? The manner in which we were treated by staff that morning was poor (and given the bad weather out there that day, made the treatment feel worse)!
