Liked: Hotel cleanliness. The room was neat and was stocked correctly.Holiday decorations were a lovely to see. Hotel staff was very nice- as always!!!
Disliked: We paid with cash upon checking in. Clerk returned my remaining difference ($16.01) with a roll of quarters. Thought that was unusual. He was extremely nice and apologized for the inconvenience.

Would stay here again.

Disliked: Always smelled like weed in the parking lot and outside around the property.

Get Away at VA.Beach!!

Liked: The brand-double tree Hotel, but it's not a corporate. That it is beachfront. The staff very polite and helpful
Disliked: Parking so far away, need to have parking deck clean and more light. The place has been remodeled but the room has look of hard wood floor then that stale, old carpet under the bed area. door to bathroom almost opens onto the toilet, no walk in shower. carpet in the lobby makes it look dated. I will probably move up the boardwalk to stay to see how the others hotel compare. I want more modern, bfst, and parking onsite

Had an amazing time!

Liked: The location was great, it was also quiet and the oceanfront balcony view was stunning.
Disliked: Staff were very rude especially front desk and the valet parking guys.

Disliked: The front desk clerk that checked me in was rude and very unprofessional. It was as if she didn't want to be bothered and was irritated when asked questions. Horrible personality
