Exceptional

Liked: Always clean , staff are overall nice. Mahi dining staff were nice. New Years Eve was our Anniversary, and they allowed us to bring our kids in the establishment to enjoy a bit of music as well.
Disliked: Light fixtures in the pool area were out. Was a bit darker than normal.

Liked: Good location. Great view. Nice and updated renovations. Friendly staff.
Disliked: Room had an awful fishy/sewage odor to it. Mold-like substance in bathroom. Remote didn’t work.

Liked: Location
Disliked: No hot water on Sunday, person who was there when we checked in put a 100 on my credit card with no explanation. I believe I was charged for valet parking which I did not utilize. We have been coming there for 5 years and this was the worst stay. I’m a Hilton rewards member but I can’t say I received my points.
