Liked: The decor looked nice.
Disliked: The entire carpet floor was soaking wet from them deep cleaning and not properly drying. They didn’t turn on the heat so it smelled like mildew. The comforter had bodily fluids on top of it. They did not off any suitable remedies for my stay.They didn’t offer to change my sheets. The girl at the front desk was on her phone the whole time. I checked in around 6:30pm and checked out at 11:20 pm on New Year’s Eve. Mind you my birthday was New Year’s Day. This was an awful experience. The general manager never responded to my email. Corporate only offered me 20000 points which doesn’t help anything. They robbed me of 218.00 for a room I could not sleep in at all. The comforter had dried up cum semen bodily on the edge of the bed. I’m angry and I’m going to fight for my money back. I emailed Pruthviraj.Gadhavi the manager and he never responded.
