Liked: I like the friendly staff . And the pool and lounge space.
Disliked: Our toliet overflowed . Somehow it got clogged and it started to over flow. We only used regular amount of toliet paper after going pee. I called the front desk and asked for help. They said ohh I can give you a plunger and towels. We'll send them over. I waited 5 mins and still nothings I went to the front desk where a team member handed me a plunger a pair of rubber gloves and 2 towels. I felt as though a mop or cleaning supplies would be provided or a bag for the towel or a hotel member to come help at least bring me the stuff. This was at 6 30 am . No help at all. I had to empty rhe used garbage bag to place all the wet towels in so they wouldn't continue to leak on the floor. We didn't use the restroom or were able to take showers because we didn't want yo step on the ground with dirty toliet water on it after washing ourselves. I was kind of disappointed how this was handled. Please help staff understand what's needed for things like this. Like cleaning supplies. Thank you

Disliked: They explain that the couches look the way they do because of a chemical they used during Covid, they are peeling come on it’s been a few years now since then cover them or get rid of them because no one is sitting on them.

Our stay at Double tree

Liked: Location was good. Staff was helpful and friendly.
Disliked: The room was by the side door and people came and went at all hours. I understand there is a remodel going on and the room really needs it. No free breakfast.

DO NOT STAY HERE!

Disliked: pet policy was not correct on website, staff would not honor what website stated and acted rude and condescending. room furniture was awful.
