Liked: The breakfast was really good, though it was quite international; I missed having more Italian options. The breakfast and housekeeping staff were very friendly and attentive. The room was spacious, and the beds were really comfortable. The building itself is impressive, and the spaces are fantastic.The location was excellent, with convenient connections to the city center via metro or bus.
Disliked: The room was very tidy, but the materials used in the bathroom (walls and floor) made it seem less clean due to visible drops and stains. Just a small observation.

Liked: The hotel has a very nice building and the rooms are spacious. The hotel is suitable for business trips.
Disliked: The hotel is older but architecturally really nice. The location of the hotel is not the best, there is a train station nearby but accessibility is difficult.

Liked: Beautiful space, incredibly spacious rooms, wonderful decorations, homey feel, really lovely staff!

Customer service was excellent

Liked: Room good, breakfast good but if you are staying for an extended period the food was same everyday. Should change it up
