Horrible service wait and rooms/beds of a budget motel quality; I guess that's what Doubletree is now. They offered no comp despite extensive wait that caused us to miss our dinner reservations. Will never consider staying at a Doubletree again.

Disliked: Service (Vegas type lineup to check-in) and rooms are extremely tired; bed mattresses were horrible (sunken and lumpy). And rooms were small for the price.

Liked: Location is good. Pretty close to all good restaurants. And most of the attractions in Toronto
Disliked: The room I was given had hot water issues. They tried to fix is twice but still didn’t work. And told me it’s fixed now but later my whole room was flooded. They changed my room but gave me one near the renovations going on the hotel and couldn’t have rest during the day due to constant noise.

Disliked: Breakfast was fine but not the best to compare with other type buffet for the same price - full buffet included but if you wanted to have an omelette - you need to pay an extra on top! I used lots of hotels with breakfast buffet included and they do provide omelettes , waffles …
