Liked: Really comfortable bed, sadly no walk-in shower as I can't handle baths. Breakfast was really good!! If I'm that way again I will stay there again. Well Done to ALL concerned and thanks.

Liked: Not much it was freezing in the lobby , restaurant ,and lounge
Disliked: It would have been better if we had hot water , first night we put up with it and boiled a kettle to wash , next day two people came to fix the situation but that evening it was exactly the same no hot water , after we checked out I found an additional charge on my card for restaurant I had all ready paid for ,so all in all not a good experience
