Liked: Got lockedOut my room had to wait for for staff to open my door 10 mins stuck with baby had to eat breakfast in hall way

Very nice hotel, conveniently situated...

Liked: The two girls on reception were amazing going out of their way to welcome me and meet my requirements one was named Lyn. they were very good. i arrived late and wanted food so rushed over to the restaurant were Jason and his team made me feel very welcome and didn't rush me even though it was 5 minutes before last orders and were exceptional. couldn't fault the facilities , staff and was made to feel at home.

Disliked: The rooms were too warm and there weren't any bell boys to help us check in to the room I had to use the trolley by myself nobody at the reception offered any help.Housekeeping was helpful.
