Liked: Continental breakfast pretty dreadful. If you want to provide cereals, provide a sugar-free selection too! Continental means croissants!

Liked: On my stay, I traveled for work with the co-worker and our laptop was stolen from our room by either. The cleanup crew are somebody who went and checked on the room, but I did not get it returned to me. I am very disappointed.

Very disappointed customer!

Liked: It's beautiful from the courtyard! That's about it!
Disliked: That nothing worked! From the gates, elevators, ice machines, sliding glass door, phone, lights! The bedding was stained and you don't include the free breakfast for everyone which was wild as that was one of the reasons we picked your location. It was miserablely hot in our room as it's Tucson and you had the heater set not the AC and we had no control! All hotels I have ever been in have individually managed temperature settings for our comfort!
