Liked: Nice people, good size rooms
Disliked: Poor quality toilet rollYou can't use a computer mouse on the glass topped desk, how about providing a mouse mat?

Convenient at the time

Liked: East motorway access. Clean and friendly staff.
Disliked: A lot of noise during the night and very early hours of the morning not great for people who are trying to sleep or relax without people being so loud in the corridors. Seemed like a nightclub at some points in some of the rooms with multiple people in and out all night.

Disliked: I was told room service was till 12 I went to order at 9.45 pm and was told there was nothing left

Liked: Was lovely place to stay! Cookies at greeting were absolutely amazing! Staff absolutely fab!
Disliked: No mini fridge in room

Liked: Enjoyed the pool area and the bed was comfy
Disliked: We were told room 224 but when we used our activated key to open the door someone was already in the room and it was really awkward. Finally got a room but we’re not told it was an adjoining room and those neighbours were very noisy … the bathroom had a lot of mould round silicone, some stain on toilet seat, cracks in the sink and the full length mirror is completely squint
