Agonising

Disliked: Mattress springs broken, house keeper knocking on my door at 8-45am totally the worst stay ever at a hotel of this standard

Disliked: Seems to have gone down a little since our last stay.The room was clean and adequate, although I thought I was purchasing an upgrade to a larger room and it wasn’t that large, certainly would be a very small room for a family of 4.

Liked: Bed was uncomfortable felt like I was sleeping on bricks, Paid for the queens size room aswell, had better beds at the travel lodge

Liked: No access to the spa leisure facility, which I booked online and phoned Hilton to confirm, which was closed at last minute leaving me to make calls for other accommodation, very disappointed with staff’s attitude
