Ok, but would rush back

Liked: Stay was ok family room spacious, however, beds really uncomfortable, rooms very dated , stayed in nicer rooms for less money paid, had to drive maybe 10-20 mins for to eat out, nothing around the hotel close by for to eat out, tried to book treatments, and were told the diary was full for the month of April, this was a birthday gift and was disappointed the only facility was the pool and sauna,

Liked: The bed was lovely and wide and the mattress was in good condition but too firm for me. It was late when we arrived but I knew I wouldn't be able to sleep properly on it and had a long drive the next day so I called reception to see if they could arrange for an extra mattress topper to be dropped off in my room. The staff who brought the mattress topper up were fantastic and made up my bed with the extra topper even though it was 10pm. I offered to do it but they insisted and were friendly and polite despite the time. With the extra topper the bed was very comfy. The room was nicely decorated and spacious.
Disliked: The desk chair had seen better days and there was only one comfy seat in the twin room. The bathroom fan didn't work and I found the temperature in the room far too hot and the bed too hard. However, I like a very soft mattress and cool temperature so it may have been spot-on for other guests.

Disliked: Restaurant menu wasn't very good and overpriced!There was alot of noise from other rooms, showers on and flushing of toilets all through the night.

Liked: I was placed in room 221 that is right next to the lifts so throughout the night I kept getting woke by the lifts operating. The rest of the stay was good just location of room was poor.
