Disliked: The location was very far out and there was one member of staff on reception on New Year’s Eve so check in took over an hour , I was with my autistic son who was getting very restless then the pool was also closed which really upset him considering that was the main purpose of the stay and this was not stated anywhere

Liked: The food is okay but the main reason for staying is the comfortable rooms, the fitness centre and the location. These three things are great and suit my needs when travelling for work.

Lovely room, lovely staff.

Liked: Great size of room and loved that there was a bath in the room and also pool and spa.
Disliked: That you don’t allow pets.

Disappointing

Liked: Enjoyed time away at Christmas as hard time of year for me.
Disliked: The staff and food. Two chicken tikka meals 45 quid for rice be cold and only be given one set cutlery.Young girl made aware gave her wee tip then she said be right back with other set cutlery. Never came back lol.Woman restaurant nice and apologised for inconvenience. Just wasn't worth that price and for service.
