We enjoyed our 3 night...

Liked: A very good breakfast but the first morning of our three we were told that we couldn’t take our assistance dog into the restaurant and had to sit outside so I was very disappointed with that. The staff could have been more helpful especially as the hotel wasn’t busy at all just before Christmas. As the weather wasn’t good we had our evening meal in the hotel but had to sit in the bar as the restaurant didn’t open at all. We thought it was expensive for what we choose.
Disliked: Staff should have been more friendly and helpful seeing as though they weren’t very busy.I have worked in Customer Service all my life and always went out of my way to make sure that I gave 100% service always.
