Wouldn’t use this hotel again.

Liked: Location Breakfast was fine. Room clean.
Disliked: Didn’t expect to have to pay parking in the hotel’s own car park. The quilt was very thin on the bed , needed extra blanket but non provided in the room.

Liked: Comfortable Room. Nice bar area. Charging facilities for electric cars. Good location.

I would be happy to...

Liked: The room was large and comfortable, with a nice bathroom and amenities such as tea-making. It was also quiet, as I had requested. The location is both beautiful and very close to the town centre. Staff were helpful and friendly. The food was excellent.

Ok for just one night...

Liked: Location was convenient for attending the RSC and staff could not have been more helpful. Breakfast was good.
Disliked: Fixtures and fittings need updating. Bathroom was small and barely fit for purpose. Carpets were worn and marked and furniture was old fashioned. Chairs in the restaurant were far too low for the tables.
