Amazing value for the quality of my stay. The staff were friendly, the hotel is modern and clean. The bed was so comfortable. The breakfast was great. I had a very restful stay, although the air conditioning unit started to rattle at 5am. Despite this, I would stay again.

Have stayed in Best Western hotels before, but this one did not come up to standard.

Liked: Nice friendly staff - they did try to help resolve things.
Disliked: Cooling system in room did not work. Room temperature was stuck at 26 degrees day and night. On the 3rd floor but you could still smell smoke from people smoking outside.

Could not find any faults at all. Staff were friendly; everything we could possibly need in the room was catered for. Would definitely visit again. Thank you.

Nice hotel with everything you...

Liked: Very clean, modern, good location. Spacious room with everything you need and was not noisy. Breakfast had plenty of choice and not too busy. Thought was free parking but was a charge. No temp control on the room and windows do not open wide. Fans provided but lack of fresh air meant room was warm all night.

Liked: The swimming pool changing rooms both female and male were very dirty. The 3rd night all of us ended up with rashes over our body as our skin became very itchy. I had also upgraded to a junior suite, to then be told next day there had been a leak in the room. And we would need to be downgraded back to original booking, and would get a phonecall yp let me know. This didnt happen and when arrived find out they had booked room out to someone else. The good was very nice we had dinner 2 of the night.

Liked: It’s really nice place for family. Have a nice pool ,breakfast was very good. Restaurant staff were very friendly and my kids got disappointed we didn’t get well come cookies

Disliked: The breakfast is a little disorganised even though we've precooked. The table wasn't ready.There's no head or tail where the breakfast starts.Water or juice we low and to none and weren't topped up until we've finished our breakfast

Liked: Lovely large clean room, great shower! Staff were very helpful and always smiling.
Disliked: The lifts were out of order when we first arrived, so we can taken through the back to the service elevator.

Would definitely stay again.

Liked: Very clean and presentable, only one lift working out of the two. Easy to find room and a very comfortable bed. Excellent food.
