They gave our room to someone else. It was supposed to be a non-smoking room and they were smoking and partying in it. No ice in ice machine. Charged for continental breakfast. Poor all the way around. We will never stay there again.

Disliked: The racist employee named Rick who canceled my reservation without letting me know and reason he canceled it was cause he assumed cause I’m 19 I wouldn’t be able to have anyone over 21+ come check me in then when I did bring someone he went and told me they had to stay with me the whole night on top of that he made me pay an extra additional 50 for any accidents knowing he canceled my reservation then after I paid the 50 he says Not gonna lie guys I F’d up and he went on to tell us how he canceled are reservation and told me to get in contact with you guys to fix it when that didn’t work he went on saying it’ll be easier if I just reserve another room after I just paid 210$ for the first room I hated this hotel I rate it a 0
