They gave our room to someone else. It was supposed to be a non-smoking room and they were smoking and partying in it. No ice in ice machine. Charged for continental breakfast. Poor all the way around. We will never stay there again.

Disliked: I purchased a room with a sofa sleepier and didn’t get it. No menu for the hotel restaurant anywhere in the room, then finally found the menu and called to order, she answered and said not enough staff; you’d have to pick it up. Then when we called back to order , no one even answered the phone to place our order. We ended up ordering pizza. I paid extra for a continental breakfast. There were No bowls for the cereal and oatmeal… then when an attendant got some bowls, the brown sugar was spoiled, HARD you couldn’t scoop anything out. They called it a buffet… it was not.

Disliked: It had roaches. And my room was super cold because the air was left on high so the room was cold when I arrived and it never heated up during my two days stay. And when I told them my room had roaches they chose to do nothing until the next day and the person at the service desk gave really bad attitude and asked did we have proof and did which was pictures then they wanted to change or room but that room had black mold

Liked: We loved everything about this hotel! I love going on little hotel getaways and this one was my favorite hotel and staff! It is beautiful, beyond clean AND they shuttle you to and from concerts at the Exel Center! I will be going back there again!!!
