Disliked: Price was high. Charged for pretty much everything. Even coffee. Cheapest products and attachments like the shower and hand faucets. Seemed cheaply constructed but took pride in higher prices and lower amenities

Disliked: The parking garage was sketchy with 2 homeless men smoking drugs and limited options to walk dogs.

In town for a concert

Liked: The bed was very comfortable. The cookies are always great at Doubletree as well. The location wasn’t too far from the event I was attending. The security guard was friendly and helpful. Love the complementary water as well. I love that. There is both a refrigerator and a microwave in the room. That’s rare these days to find a microwave.
Disliked: The desk staff seemed to be distracted and mistakenly gave me the wrong room number, so I had to come back downstairs and get things figured out before I could check into my room. She wasn’t overly friendly and seemed annoyed. The parking is a little strange and it’s odd that you have to check in and then go back out and move your car and then come back again. It just seems like a lot of steps When they should just clarify that prior to people checking in. The room is pretty old and outdated. The bathtub was scaly and seems to be really old. The shade on the window wouldn’t go all the way down, which means when the sun comes up, there will be light in your room and even at night time the lights from the garage or outside shine through the window, which makes it difficult to get to sleep.
