Disliked: Staff declined to provide a receipt even though it was requested during the booking and no one told me I won’t get it. I haven’t have any towels in the room.Room was dirty and full of dust.I had a view on the parking lot which gives me no sunlight at all, I haven’t been able to see the sky. I saw the inside of the parking like my room was just behind the wall next to cars.My bathtub was stuck and water was almost constantly in.I haven’t have the services that should be included in my reservation and once I asked to deliver it to me the stuff told I have to pay for it. When I ask about the breakfast where is it and at what time they asked me to pay even though breakfast was included in the reservation. The main lamp at the ceiling was broken so I had almost no light in the room. The brightest space was the bathroom.
