Liked: the staff there is very friendly. i got hot water from the restaurant's staff and they were friendly. when there was something wrong with the shower door, the staff offered us to change to another room. My husband fell down on a trail and when we returned from the emergency on the morning of the day when we should check out, the staff lent us crunches and offered us late check-out without any cost when we returned from the emergency on the morning of the day when we should check out. They are extremely nice!
Disliked: the shower door couldn't close properly and the faucet of the sink was too short so that water just flowed down from the sink to the door or the restroom. it is better with the second room. Hope that the hotel can fix that room. (hope that the staff reported that.)

Liked: Loved the lounge area . Loved the room, very neat and tidy, just a little smaller than expected. But still nice.
