Liked: We evacuated to St Augustine for hurricane Milton. When we arrived we asked if they were expecting flooding and the front desk told us they were not in a flooding zone. When we came back from a walk at around 5 PM we heard another person at the front desk talking about evacuations, when we asked they said they will make a decision that afternoon. Then we got a call saying we needed to evacuate the next day by 8 am. They only gave us a hilton main number to find where to go. Everything was sold out! It was the night before the hurricane hit! Very stressful situation.
Disliked: No timely communication.
