Not enjoyable due to no...

Liked: Outside seating, grandchildren could play as no other facility.
Disliked: The fact that I specifically booked this hotel for the pool, on arrival informed it is not open - should have informed prior to check in, as I could have booked a different hotel with pool, which was required specifically for grandsons to swim and hence booked.Ordered cheeseburger, which was ok however the coleslaw consisted of shredded cabbage, unbelievable that this is supposed to be coleslaw - poor and disappointing

Liked: Location, cleanliness and facilities.
Disliked: Was not informed prior to our stay that the pool was closed which was a great disappointment. No information in the room about breakfast or dinner menus. Broken table lamp which wasn’t repaired and was dangerous. Faulty switch which could cause electric shock.

Disliked: Small pool which always looked busy so we didn’t use it. Also our keys never worked when we returned in the evenings so always had to take them back to reception.
