Enjoyable stay

Liked: It was clean, good location and spacious.
Disliked: Very warm and the room was a little outdated. The toilet didn’t flush very well.

Great for what we needed

Liked: We used the hotel as a stop off to central London
Disliked: The pool was closed , the staff were waiting for an engineer. This was the reason why we chose this hotel . We did get breakfast instead for the inconvenience - which was lovely

Disliked: Inedible sharing platter charged £25 and charged £20 late check out fee when I left before 10am. It’s bad enough someone used our bathroom/ room last time we stayed here

Liked: We stayed last year in a Junior suite and it was nice
Disliked: The sofa as was the same in the last suite was really cheap to sit on and uncomfortable. A suite should have a proper sofa and not sofa bed. We had to sit on the bed
