Overall very disappointing and would...

Liked: Location and cleanliness.
Disliked: The staff were very abrupt, also breakfast was to be served until 10.30am so we went along just after 10am. My daughter ordered a omelette which she got at 10.25am then was told that we had to be out of the restaurant for 10.30am as they were setting up for a wedding fair. One we should have been informed when we booked into the hotel that they would be closing the restaurant earlier the next morning and secondly when they took the order for the omelette we should have been informed that you will not have time to eat it. Overall a very bad experience.

Lovely hotel, perfect location, staff...

Liked: Greeting and booking in was easy and pleasant! Staff met us with a lovely welcome and warm cookie which was delightful! Room was perfect for our needs, beds were comfy, room was clean and spacious for a family of four! Breakfast was delicious and had plenty on offer. Highly recommend!

Terrible and would not be...

Liked: The company we were keeping and the Christmas tree at the front
Disliked: Reception check-in took near on 30 mins.I had my dogs, three and I was charged £128 more than the room and they are so tiny and do not malt!!! At the bar, they were dealing with all the empty bottles and for at least 20 mins you could not hear your self think, and I meant to be relaxing I was in the room with my dogs and I had a call from the reception saying my dogs were being noisy, I said I am in my room, he said he was standing outside and so I opened the door and he was surprised!!! It was not my dogs making that noise !!

Disappointing due to no pool...

Disliked: Specially booked due to the leisure / pool area as we were visiting Lapland uk and wanted to make a long weekend travelling from another island. When we arrived disappointed that the pool area was unavailable We also had an incident where another family of guests were given a key and a number where they had allocated another person in my party so the other guests were able to enter my sisters room
