We came to the Doubletree by Hilton to watch a concert at the next-door arts center. The beds are the best and when you check in you get this awesome freshly-baked chocolate chip cookie. Nice. For this being labeled Doubletree by Hilton I was a surprised at the lack of amenities that are not provided. Really, no microwave or refrigerator? No place to put my left overs from Spencers, their in-house fine dining restaurant. Not only that but when we called a local food establishment to have food delivered we were told they cannot deliver to Hilton. Not sure if this is a industry standard or not.

Liked: Fantastic beds. Superb fresh-made cookies upon arrival. Great location.
Disliked: No microwave and no refrigerator.

Liked: They let us check in early so we could park our vehicle for an event we were going to down the road.
Disliked: Plug in the bath tub didn’t work, so my kids couldn’t have a bath.

Liked: Staff was good. Restaurant was good. Steakhouse was great.
Disliked: Hotel needs remodeling and modernizing. I looked for the best Hotel to stay at and was disappointed in the condition of the rooms. For top dollar, you expect the best, and this Hotel fell short of the mark. I was in Spokane for business the following week, and stayed at the Davenport Grand Hotel and was much more pleased with the rooms. Again, you pay top dollar and expect the best

Liked: It was perfect for a concert was at the kitting factory downtown Spokane we took an Uber and it was maybe 45 minutes away from downtown and our Uber cost five or six dollars
Disliked: In the parking lot, that’s about it it’s not bad just the walking
