Liked: Our touring company have stayed here before. Once again a very comfortable and pleasant overnight stay.
Disliked: Only down tick on this occasion given due to the inability to access wi-fi from the rooms on the second floor and despite requesting a copy tax invoice for all the rooms booked to be emailed to the office, nothing has been received.

Liked: This is the 5th Hilton hotel I have stayed in the UK, and it’s the best one I’ve stayed in. The location, my room and the staff were amazing. I phoned and asked if I could have a room near the reception and a shower instead of a bath because I have a problem with my knee and I got everything I asked for. I will definitely use this hotel again.Thank you so much for the hospitality.

Liked: Very comfortable and modern rooms. Very good bathroom.
Disliked: Breakfast was average for such a large hotel. Not a large choice and not great quality.

Liked: It was conveniently located for the University
Disliked: If you’re an overnight guest you should not have to pay for parking.The breakfast was a bit basic for £15. The apple juice was watered down and the coffee was weak. It needs to be better for that price.
