Liked: Clean and good location
Disliked: I wasn’t treated very nicely ‘did you drive, you have to pay for parking’ which is fine but wasn’t said very politely or nicely. (I was also suprised that this was the case!). Then no hot water for a shower which was a nightmare considering I was down for a conference. I asked on check out why this was and the staff member joked and laughed that students were on my level and left the hot water on. Not what I’d expect from a Hilton stay
