Liked: The bed was super comfortable and the staff we interacted with were phenomenal. The location was right around the corner from the event we came to town for, which was helpful and convenient. I really appreciated having the iron and board in the room as our event was formal.
Disliked: Finding the entrance from the top of the parking structure was a bit confusing. We were in a bit of a hurry, which is on us, but more signage could be helpful for first time visitors. The bathroom was tiny and the water pressure was dismal. Overall the stay was nice, but some of the basics could use updating or fixing.

Liked: I love the location and the rooms. The beds and pillows are comfy.
Disliked: For some reason, the hallways smelled like raw sewage. We complained and we weren’t the only ones.

Liked: Every staff member from the front desk, to the restaurant staff and maids were very friendly and helpful. Andy, the front desk manager was extremely accomodating!!
