Liked: Good location. Comfy bed.
Disliked: Noisy. Room doors slam loudly. Could constantly hear people in adjacent rooms and corridor. Rooms are very tired, upgrades needed.

Liked: So first room was tired, old, worn and not very appealing and certainly not a four star experience. I was upgraded to your newer rooms which was very kind of the manager and provided a much better level of comfort. Please refurbish your older rooms as they are really dreadful.
Disliked: Old rooms, worn out.

Not so good

Liked: The food
Disliked: Being hassled by homeless bloke outside front door, bar had no change at all ,could not pay for my food with cash in Marco pierre white restaurant my 21 year old had to pay for her own food because ove this .not happy told reception.

A refurb is well overdue!...

Liked: Location was good for needs
Disliked: Room was absolutely freezing! The heating was not working. Also had multiple charges to my card without reason, most of it got refunded but it still left me out of pocket. Madness

Good in parts but requires...

Liked: The staff were very accommodating especially the young lady who checked us out. The restaurant staff and thr food were excellent.
Disliked: The decoration is looking very dated and worn. As a person with a physical disability I require a walk in level access one . Unfortunately hotels take advantage and you have to pay considerably more.
