Excellent staff engagement but required...

Liked: Staff engagement at reception, restaurant and bar was excellent. Breakfast average.
Disliked: The hotel rooms (first floor experience) is tired and in need of refurbishment. No bottle water available in the room - Hilton should do better.

Liked: The room was beautiful we booked delux king room was disappointed as bathroom wasn’t a wet room as advertised but was still lovely. We loved speaker in the bathroom and the room was good size
Disliked: The spa was biggest disappointment, we paid £10 for cold pool, hot tub was out of order and steam room was cold. We should have been told of that. We booked this hotel to enjoy spa and we didint. Also breakfast wasn’t great, I found 3 long blond hairs in hash browns. Food was cooked and left for a while. Premier inn breakfast is better.

Liked: Good location for Chatsworth House.
Disliked: The hotel and rooms was very cold. Daughter had to sleep with multiple layers on . Bar only 1 person . Need to,use tongs for orange slice to go in drink as he had been touching his face , glasses etc
