Liked: The hotel was close to the location I came to town for. The pool was convenient and had great hours of operation. Really nice gym. Clean room & very quiet.
Disliked: The front desk staff was so weird, aloof and inhospitable. Simple questions like "may we have more towels at the pool?" and "Do you have any extra coffee cups" were met with blank stares, silence and mumbled "ya, in a minute" or "you can just get it yourself" while pointing off into a peak-hour, fully in-operation restaurant and giving absolutely no effort in assistance. I work in an executive position in customer service and I'd fire half of the desk-staff I encountered. In addition, 2 of the 4 lights in our room didn't work, and all the towels are the size of dishcloths. Cheers!
