Ruined swimsuit, no credit for...

Disliked: The pool water was overly chlorinated causing my swimsuit to be ruined.. the color was bleached out and my sterling silver bracelets were turned black. When I pointed this out to the front desk manager she insisted the water was tested and was fine. I attempted to show her the swimsuit she refused to come from the back to look at it. The next day I spoke to a young woman who was manager for that shift. She was very sympathetic and promised to help me, but all I got was an email offering $45.00 credit for the ruined swimsuit. I asked for compensation for the bracelets that I had cleaned and for my time and distress being accused of this all being my fault. To this day I've received no response, no credit, nothing from the DoubleTree management.

Disliked: The room was not up to Doubletree standards that I expected. The door that covered the microwave was broken and just laying on top. The curtains we so worn that the light was showing through in numerous places. Patio door wouldn?t open.
