Relaxing, convenient and beach accessible

Liked: Good location, nice staff, easy valet, nice lobby and little bar. We slept well there were no sounds in our room, or by the pool at night. Beds were comfortable and they cleaned our room every day by about 3pm. Easy walk to the beach and always a chair or umbrella for you. Everyone on the staff I encountered was super nice! $10 Uber to airport or Old San Juan.
Disliked: We used the valet for one day for our rental car and they charged us the $30 valet fee for each day of our stay. Just be sure to review your bill at the end of your stay! I was also charged for a visit to the little chocolate shop in the lobby - like $7. But it wasn’t mine. They kindly removed the charges at my request. I just wanted to share in this part of my review so people are reminded to check their bill. I honestly think it’s a super busy hotel and it was an accident.

Liked: The staff for the most part was friendly. The cook for the morning breakfast was super nice and attentive. He even brought our omelets to our table. Bryan the manager was helpful. The day staff was nice. The late night shift when checking in was not so friendly. I should have left the property then.
Disliked: The hotel was not very clean. The pool area was small. The hotel room was extremely small and tight. The bed was so close to the bathroom almost in the bathroom. The second bed was a Murphy bed which was low almost on the floor. The cost of the stay was overpriced for the quality of the hotel. There is no way this hotel should be listed as a 4 star hotel. It clearly isn't. It's a hike to get to the beach.

Disliked: The breakfast was an extra cost and the food was not very good. For the price we paid for the room I feel that breakfast should have been included.The complimentary cookies are delicious !

I would not recommend the...

Disliked: Shower was not built properly. Water went out to the bathroom every time and it was the same with our friends rooms. The pool is 24 hours but there were never towels in there and when asked, had to wait over an hour to get towels. The bed was not comfortable and could not really control a/c, it was either too cold or too hot. Friends used the laundry room and the dryer took a long time to dry, had to run them twice.
