Disliked: After the 3rd day the room key kept being deactivated 3 times a day, we had to go to the front desk to reactivate it, and it was not next to the phone. The room wasn't cleaned properly before our arrival, under the bed there were left over toys and dust on the top shelf. The beach is really far for walking and no one told us that the golf cart can take us there. I asked for bartending if there was ice on our floor and he said I'll give you ice for free but next time I'll charge you. I went and looked and there was free ice machine on our floor. Prices displayed in the room are incorrect, as it costs more than advertised and no it's not taxes.No one knows the correct information and no information is provided to the guest.
