I would like to let people know that they need to check under the beds, in the closets and in the drawers to make sure nobody has left them an unwanted surprise.

Disliked: Housekeeping or someone got into our room and left their dirty underwear in the room - a man and woman's pair of underwear. Disgusting.

Liked: The breakfast buffet was excellent! Fresh fruit is always a plus!
Disliked: My room did not have a working thermostat. It was very cold at night. Eventually, they brought me a space heater.

Liked: The staff was friendly except for the maid service we paid for 3 rooms. We were here for my son's wedding we got a room for my dad my sister-in-law her husband and they're two little kids and then a room for me and my husband. The room that my husband and I stayed in had a bunch of food in the refrigerator and something smeared all over the headboard the front desk was very nice about switching our rooms the maid said I cleaned out the fridge why do you need to switch rooms. Then we came back to the room after the wedding my husband and my dad were down in the bar area I was up in the room trying to get ready for bed and the toilet started flooding all over my bathroom thankfully they sent maintenance up to fix it he was nice as well but the fact that I had to deal with a dirty fridge a headboard with something sticky dirty smeared all over it and then my second room dealing with a toilet that was flooding all over the bathroom was just not something I expected after spending almost $700 on three rooms.
Disliked: So I did not like the dirty room that they first checked us into with the fridge full of food and the dirty sticky headboard. Got ready to go to the wedding in downtown San Diego Got Back got ready for bed I was extremely tired and then I had to deal with a toilet that flooded all over the bathroom at 11:00 at night or at least between 10:00 and 11:00

Disliked: Outdated, leaky sinks, doesn’t flush, parking charges $33 a night?? Is ridiculous. Carpets are nasty, pillows are uncomfortable.

The little things add up!

Liked: The beds were comfortable, clean sheets and towels, the room was clean-ish, the breakfast buffet was good, the staffwas friendly, but there were problems with the smell of the room and lacking things that were offered during booking
Disliked: There wasn't a microwave in the room, like it was advertised, the parking is not free, (again like it was advertised) the room smelled like an old ashtray and mold, the floor in the room was dirty and I had to clean the inside of the fridge from something sticky. It wasn't a pleasant stay, considering a lot of what was offered during booking like "free" parking ended up being an extra charge of $33.00 per day!!
