Liked: The staff was nice and helpful, they were happy to hold my room for a late arrival. Comfortable bed. In-room coffee maker.
Disliked: The airport shuttle stops too early, my flight arrived after it stopped so I ended up spending $25 on an Uber to go 2 miles. There was only decaf in my room! Had to go get a regular coffee pod from the front desk. No free coffee in the lobby either, which should be available at any hotel. Handles on plumbing fixtures were all wobbly and felt like they might fall off. Cleanliness could have been better.Housekeeping let themselves into my room while I was there, way before checkout time. Good thing I was wearing pants!No free breakfast.

Liked: The shuttle driver, Jesus! So helpful and kind! Linda at check in was lovely.
Disliked: The night clerk we spoke to could take lessons from the day staff! Short, needs to work on her people/communication skills. The long walk in the rain from the lobby to our room. Also, the shuttle stopped running at midnight and we had to take a cab.
