I was very disappointed in the room, we were there for the night only so when we got to the hotel the AC was not work well it was late so we didn't want to have anyone working on it at that time, we just wanted to sleep and we had a miserable time trying to get to sleep. I couldnt believe we had to pay you park either. Well only thing I was glad we were only staying for the night!

Liked: The room was moldy and had a yucky smell and the door even it was locked did not close. The parking was far from the lobby I viewed families struggling with suitcases and children. I waited approximately30 minutes to check in since there was only one person checking customers in.

Great nights sleep and friendly...

Liked: The bed and pillows were some of the most comfortable I’ve slept on, the staff was very friendly and welcoming, room amenities were great.
Disliked: The room doors slam so loudly it often startled me awake from a dead sleep and voices carried loudly in the hallways.

Disliked: Staff was not welcoming and gave limited information especially regarding additional parking located in parking garage

Liked: Location was easy to find. Hotel facilities themselves were adequate, but the check in staff was rude,and unfriendly. Seems they weren't happy we were there.
Disliked: Check in staff need to crack a smile once in a while. They were cold and very unfriendly. Did not try to help the customer. We weren't the only ones who noticed.
