Overall a good stay.

Liked: The location was very good. My family was only a few minutes away and we were close to restaurants. The room was nice and it was quiet.
Disliked: The fact that for the price of the room, breakfast was not included. I had to pay for breakfast.

Liked: Front desk staff, very nice and welcomingAlso, we received breakfast for two mornings and due to the car parking system out of order, we received free parking
Disliked: Aircon was very up and down, hard to enjoy comfort of the air supply

Disappointed

Disliked: I didn’t like climbing stairs. In area they put me. I’m handicapped with a bad back. The breakfast dining room. You had to wait 35 mins to be seated. After being seated, it took another 30 mins to order, another 30 mins to get your food. The food was great. I was disappointed on this visit.

Superb

Liked: Clean great staff great location great service
Disliked: Elevators were entirely too slow. We had to use the stairs every time coming for two from our room and Maid service came in our room twice. Well do not disturb. Those are my only complaints.
