Aside from the location of...

Liked: The location was in a safe place, accessible to Arden Fair mall, and Raising Cane's restaurant is within walking distance. Also, the rooms, and the lobby areas were both clean and updated.
Disliked: There is no room service available, or at least not for us. My husband called for room service on the desk phone 5 times and 3 out of those 5 times, and employee put him on hold twice, and the phone hung up. Also, on the morning of our leaving, we wanted to grab some breakfast at the TWIGS restaurant. There were employees who were waiting on the existing patrons who were sitting down, and NO ONE talked to us, or gave us a wait time, nothing. There is also a sign saying, "Please wait to be seated" and no one still came by. Also, it states on the website that there is an indoor pool, and a game room. When asked staff about this, they stated the indoor pool was closed, and they never heard of a game room. Additionally, it stated we had 2 queen sized beds in our room when the beds were full size, not queen. I suggest this information about pool renovations and the game room, and sized beds be updated on the website, as my oldest daughter was looking forward to the pool and "game room."

Liked: The front desk workers were extremely sweet and kind. The rooms themselves were very clean. The bed was extremely comfortable and clean
Disliked: Someone attempted to break into the room, the security guards refused to wear any time of uniform (like i had no idea they even worked there), and we had people take photos of us through our window
