Ok , service in restaurant...
Disliked: Long wait for our rooms. Told at least 3times to come back in 15 min. Then distance from the lobby to the rooms was difficult. Especially hard for someone with medical issues

Disliked: The wifi was horrible I would have like to have a better option to a grab and go convence store somewhere to buy snacks and other little things your grab and go section just didn't have variety I needed something for a headache and had to walk to the gas station across the street to get it

Because if gas leak in...
Liked: No breakfast offered. Got 1 bottle water for 2 people and 2 cookies——wheee
Disliked: Gas leak so no hot water or heat. Key wouldn’t open door. Security couldn’t fix, waited 45 min before staff decided to get me new room. Toilet wouldn’t flush turds. Tv had bad pixels and few stations kept going black. Awful for price of room

Disappointing
Liked: The staff I interacted with were sweet.
Disliked: Upon arrival the room was dirty. I had to ask for lysol wipes so I could clean it myself, but instead they sent a housekeeper with a wet rag (no cleaning spray) to wipe down the counters and toilet. I was on the 1st level and heard people above me running across the room. I did let staff know and they did take care of it for the most part, but very thin walls. The restaurant food (I got a steak sandwich) I took one bite and could not eat the rest. Fries were cold by the time i got them. The staff apologized and didn't charge me for it though.
