Superb

Liked: The size of the room I enjoyed... also the couch was so comfortable and modern. Walking distance to restaurants. Great location, not located in a congested or high traffic area. The room was very quiet. Even though it was full of kids staying for a soccer weekend.

The stay was pleasant.

Liked: No heat in Lobby and cafe. Very cold so food was cold.
Disliked: Heaters could have been placed in cafe.

Passable

Liked: The location was great. Less than 10 minutes from my daughter's home. Very convenient.
Disliked: Hotel wass undergoing rehab. Not all amenities were available.

Liked: Except for the construction,, Everyone was pleasant especially Jeanette in the dining area she was professional and she always had a smile on her face, big KUDOS to Jeanette!
Disliked: Construction was right in the middle of the lobby it wasn't noisy. It was just there!

Disappointed

Disliked: Construction going on, only one elevator, water leaking from roof in bathroom. Not worth the money for all these inconveniences.

It was ok - nothing...

Liked: I saw no breakfast - there was a makeshift table in the lobby that seemed to have coffee machines, but I saw no food.
Disliked: The first day, the cleaners didn't come to clean my room until late afternoon when I was getting dressed for dinner. The second day they came to the room next to mine around 10 am, but refused to clean my room. I insisted, and the man who seemed to be in charge of the crew phoned someone in management, and my room was cleaned. I was insulted to be treated that way - and if there was a legitimate reason, no-one ever said. After that I just kept the do not disturb sign on my door for the rest of the week to avoid having to beg for cleaning.
